I am seeing an issue with my new 01 Navitimer that I am hoping everyone can help with. I plan on taking it back to the AD tomorrow as I think it is broken.

My chronograph since purchase has always had a start/stop button that seemed hard to depress to start and stop the chrono. The AD said that was normal and it would get easier over time.

The other day I turned on my chrono at work to time a meeting and forgot it was on. A day later I saw it was still running and stopped it than reset it with no issues.

Today I noticed my watch died. Figuring it for some reason didn't wind up fully as it wasn't on the winder last night, I manually wound it via turning the crown 40 times. The watch seems to be keeping correct time.

I then decided to check the chrono and it wouldn't start.

If I try to depress the start/stop button it seems to bottom out and nothing happens. The reset button still seems to work as I can feel it.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Rich

Chronograph is not engaging properly, definitely needs Breitling attention.

Roff, any idea on the repair turn time? I bought the watch new in April so I pretty bummed it broke within the first 3 months of owning it. I hope Breitling turns it quick as I love wearing it.... Was totally bummed when I saw the chrono stopped working

Warranty repairs get priority, but will still likely take several weeks depending on where in the world you are, particularly as much of the world is entering vacation season.
