Does anyone know if this replaces the COSC certificate?
Or is the certificate still part of the package?

I believe that you still receive the certificate.

Also, I contacted Breitling regarding another matter, and asked if the new e-Warranty cards can be supplied to replace the previous paper versions. They said yes, and put me in contact with a local AD to arrange this.

Correct - eWarranty is just the warranty, the Breitling COSC is still provided as their version of the official COSC cert.

Will Breitling provide an e-warranty card for older watches that they have done a 5-year service/overhaul on, from this point onward?

I don't believe so. The service warranty was never the same as the retail warranty anyway.

you stil get the cosc cert. it has changed becaus its part of the e waranty.
they put the new wallet with the cert visseble and place it under a wifi device.
then they do the e warranty in the device. and then the writting changes from warranty not activated
to the type of watch, serienumber, where you bought it,date of purchus, and that you have 2 year warranty.
very cool it came with my new avenger2 seawolff.

I believe the COSC warranty now has a chip in the that can be read.

Breitling is doing this to curb the influx of watches into the grey market and also to combat fakes.

My COSC certificate has printed the serial number on it and above it a RFID tag attached, with text AVENGER and also serial number printed on it.

On the electronic warranty card: type, COSC serial, model, AD, date / warranty period.

When I scan the RFID on the COSC certificate (using my smartphone) the data on the tag shows model and type: A1733010/I513AVENGER SEAWOLF
