Well after mostly lurking and the occasional posting here for a good few months, todays the day I join the Breitling club after 5 years of wanting one, it felt like Christmas when I woke up today! :lol:

Getting a Chrono Superocean with a black face, I was all set on a blue face as I hadnt seen the black in the flesh. One lazy Sunday afternoon in Selfridges a few weeks ago I saw a black face and tried it on, just felt more right, and so it was settled, black it was going to be...

Living in the UK and managed to get 15% off my first purchase shipped to me overnight, if anyone would like the AD details, send me a PM. The AD does the airshows as well as having a physical store, so I think he would do some high volumes, hence the discount.

Anyways, pics to follow sometime today hopefully! :lingsrock:

Well worth it in the long run.

It would be interesting to see what airshows the AD has lined up - maybe Luechars - so will drop you a line to get the details.

I admire your patience. Five years is a hell of a long time to
wait to get a watch -- any watch. The Chrono Superocean is
a wonderful first Breitling; it can serve as a diver's watch, a
pilot's watch, an explorer's watch -- you name it.

I hope you have a ball with your beautiful new timepiece. :)

Ok, Im on holiday in Europe and have finally found some time to post a couple of pics I took yesterday...

Im loving this watch, I cant stop looking at it, I love the way the light changes the way it looks all the time. Its the start of a long and happy relationship Im sure :D
