Post subject:  Left watch in a winder machine but still died 3 days later

Hey guys! Its good to be back in the best forum for Breitling owners agian.

I keep my Navitimer in a winding machine which automatically turns for 30 seconds and stops for 12 minutes but everytime in 2 to 3 days i always find my Navi stops. Does anyone face the same problem? Is it ok to wind the Navi every 3 days even though it stays in a winder? How do you actually wind Breitling, is it by turning the crown while it is press againts the case?

Can't wait to hear from you guys. Thank you very much

I would make sure the winder is turning in the correct direction. Also i would wind up the watch about 40 or so times just to get it recharged a bit. I hope this helped... I dont really wear my watch and it "died" alot until I wore it two straight days and even slept with it on to test it out...I just got back from work and my watch has been running for about 20+ hours and counting...

Do i need to wind it manually every 3 days for probably 35 rounds even if i keep it in the winding machine? I thought the winding machine keeps it alive? Thank you

Its okay to wind it every few days. Perhaps the auto winding mechanism has a problem though.
