I've owned two worlds, one bezel was so tight you needed a pair of pliers to turn it, and the other was a little looser and had some play in it. How bad is the rocking?

Sometimes it rocks more than other times cant work it out my legende was quite tight to turn so this was quite a surprise how easy it is to turn the bezel on the world, trip back to my local ad monday i think let them have a look

Mine is very tight, I even thought something was wrong with it at first.

It's just a friction-fit, so the tightness will vary. Good plan to have your AD look at it if it's remarkably loose.

They tend to loosen some with time as well, though I've had Navi bezels on vaious models that start out less stiff than others.

took the watch back to local ad had a look at some of the other navitimers plus another world they all have slight play in them, they also told me they have now put 2 seals on them because some people were having problems with the bezel movement has anyone else heard of this or is there anyone in the know that can confirm this, could just be me getting paranoid

I've had 2 standard Navis, the Mont Olympus Navi, Datora, 2 Skyracers, and a Skyracer Raven. I have never had "play" in the bezel if "play" is defined free movement without friction before the friction kicks in. I'm having touble even envisioning it.

My bezel was not the problem with my World, it was the crystal that was rattling. The crystal sounded loose and when you touched it with a finger, you could hear it or if i made a quick arm movement.

I have the World, and there is no sound from my crystal, the noise you sure isn't the actual movement?

yes, i am positive that it was the crystal. The watch went back to Breitling 8 times in its first year. They confirmed it was the crystal, but said there was nothing wrong with the watch and in fact other navitimers do the same thing. Having owned 3 others Breitlings before the World, and had no such problems, I was not happy that this was happening. I returned the watch and got the Legende Sp Ed. The Legende's crystal seems to be perfectly fine.
