Just got back from Pensacola Fl, where I stopped in to check out the new Breitling pieces at Bere's. He must be the man because he had nearly every new addition released at Basel.
I must say they look 10x better in person.
I fell in love with the new Chronospace auto. The blackeye blue dial is the one for me.
If you had any reservations about the new releases, I'd say check them out in person prior to writing them off. When one of the sales associates offers you a drool pan, well you'll have to see for yourself.

Huge shout out to Barry for allowing me to handle all of these fine pieces. :lingsrock:

I totally 100% agree with you Fagan. I'm not saying I love all the new releases, but whenever I've had the opportunity to see any of them in person, they are far and away better than any of the photo's led me to believe. I've been actually bowled over by more than a few of them.

Cheers

Ross

I'm 100% with you on this one. It really is pretty neat. That blue shade is really different than the other Breitling blues.

What's stopping me is that it's a quartz.

Actually, the Chronospace Auto is, well, automatic.

Last year's Chronospace was quartz.

That might not be the best news for my budget.

I couldn't agree with you more Fagan.

I was left a bit cold by most of the new Breitling's announced at Basel World this year.

However, having had the pleasure of trying on and handling most of them at length they are a lot nicer in the flesh. :lingsrock:

I'm still not convinced by the price points of most of them though. :?

I'm glad i had the chance to see them in person. Prices aside, it makes for a more informed purchase decision.
