It's a A23322 with black dial/white subdials, black leather strap with deployment. I've been eyeing Navitimers for awhile, planning to buy one for myself for my birthday, but I decided I didn't want to wait any longer. Attachment: photo.JPG I'm really liking it so far. I thought it might be too big for my skinny wrists but now that I'm wearing it it feels good. I think eventually I'll buy a stainless bracelet to swap for more formal occasions. What are your thoughts on switching the bracelet/strap yourself, is it pretty easy? Where might I find a bracelet for significantly less than the $1500 list price (or whatever it is)? I'm not a pilot but I've already found the circular slide rule useful. e.x. calculating tip when I'm too lazy to do it my head. Also the statute/nautical/kilometer conversion could be useful... of course I could also do all of these things on my iPhone but that's not the point. |

Very nice! Dealer cost on a bracelet is about 75% (I think) of retail versus about 55% if you buy it on the watch. It's always a better bargain to get the watch with the bracelet. You should be able to cajole your AD to get you one at cost since you just spent considerable jack with them. Check with members FEAR or jnelson3097 who have contacts with 2 large Breitling ADs. You can also check ebay as they come up from time to time. Make sure to post it here before you buy it - there are plenty of fakes out there. |

Instructions for changing bracelets / straps are on this site - http://www.breitlingsource.com/video_ar ... p%20Change As well as the advice already given, you need to be aware that if you don't buy through an AD you have to make sure that you get the right bracelet, the endlinks vary depending on the model that they are designed for. |

Congrats, great purchase! A Breitling classic, and I have also used the slide rule feature from time to time, but my eyes are growing weary - getting harder to read the numbers. The straps look great on that piece - do you really want a bright shiny bracelet, navi's are instuments, not jewelry! ![]() ![]() Enjoy. |

Welcome to the club and congrats! Waiting for mine to get back from BUSA for some warranty work--literally dying here ![]() I went from tang buckle to deployment and also thought about the bracelet but decided to pass as I think it looks better with leather (classic styling). I would suggest you look for the Bergeon Spring Bar Tool 6767-F that many posters have suggested on the forum. That way, you can switch them yourself without having to go to the AD. Cheers and wear in good health! |

Question about the stopwatch function: The "start" button is somewhat stiff when first starting the stopwatch. It takes a bit more pressure to activate it than I'd like. Stopping and restarting is less stiff, but reseting causes it be stiff again. Is this normal? |
