Good morning everyone. I am waiting to receive my first Breitling ( a black dial Super Avenger on an Ocean Racer strap ) and my wife has now expressed an interest in a watch for herself. I have already bought her a black dial Seamaster (28mm) . She finds this too small, She liked the Tag Fornula 1 chrono with a red dial and rubber strap but found it too big. Could any of you help me with a watch for her ? I would like to get her a Breitling. :lingsrock: Thanks in advance.

Cockpit of Cockpit Chrono.

I did see a lady one time with a solid rose gold 125th Anniversary Navitimer with the solid gold aeroracer bracelet. I have to say I was blown away with how well she pulled it off. So with the right strap and dial color any model can look great on the mrs.

Outside of the Breitling model range, there are a few ceramic watches that are stunning. Bell&Ross BRS, Chanel J12,....

Breitling had a few watches in the 38mm range.

I bought my wife a Starliner for her first "real" watch and then last year I picked up a Colt Ocean II on a DiverPro, for a more casual watch. She had petite wrist and her watches look very good on here wrist. Recently I bought a vintage Breitling manual wind ladies watch and although it looks good on here wrist, it looks super tiny compared her other ones.


I would look at the Starliner, Colt Ocean II, Montbrilliant (original 38mm) and such.

Breitling Colt Oceane would be perfect for her. If she's looking for a larger piece, have her check out the Omega Speedmaster Ladies Chrono.

I do have to watch out for my wife as well. Don't know how I will hide and eventually explain the Super Avenger that is on its way or the Planet Ocean Chrono that will follow. Me and my watches in the Chateau Bow Wow

I think it depends on whether your wife wants and automatic or a quartz. Breitling makes some awesome women's watches, but they all have quartz movements. My AD has a Starliner with a pink MOP dial that we both drool over.

Mrs. Mofongo wanted an auto, however, and she really liked the "Tiffany blue" (called "turquiose" by Breitling) available on the chrono cockpit. This is technically a men's watch, but I have only ever seen it on a woman. We picked up that one with diamond bezel. It totally turns heads whenever she wears it. They also make a two-tone version of that model, which also looks fantastic.

There was a bit of a challenge sizing the bracelet small enough for her, but we managed it in the end.
