I was having problems with my Aerospace (reference this thead: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=9397). It was gaining 4 to 6 sec a day! I decided to send it back in for service and everything is now good to go. The turn around time was about three weeks. They not only made the proper adjustments so it now keeps perfect time again, but the also did a free basic service which included a new batter and a couple other extras. Overall the experence was painless and they where great to work with. I'm glad I sent it back in before the warranty ran out. Thanks for the advise. |

Just wanted to second the excellent customer service at BUSA. I recieved hats for my first and third watches but never anything for my second one. Gave them a call last week to make sure all three were properly registered, provided serial #s for all three and to my suprise this wonderful gift arrived today! |
