Thank you sir. I have not really been gone, per se. Checked in throughout my travels, but have been practicing the 'If you don't have anything good to say...' mantra.

So good to see so many new and old Breitling fans with some great posts over the past, what, year?

In any event, my hope is that a little intervention can help this Mass. Breitling customer and allow Breitling to grow as a company at the same time. Behavior like this is not good for an entity in this day and age, and I am certain the 'power that is' would be very interested in hearing a respectful re-telling.

That configurator is very cool. I bet it sells more than a few watches. Hope you get the right watch with the right service.

I agree absolutely about someone wanting to hear about this, in fact a few things that maybe need to be said - let's get through Basel and if the 'power that is' is willing I have some thoughts about how we might be able to share some thoughts. Let me think the concept through and I'll get back to you.

As has been said by someone much more learned than I, ones mantra is such because it is your own...
