The Tabarly models I've seen all say Tabarly on the watch face. Also the listing is in South America, a red flag to me.

Way too old for my knowledge of fakes to be of use but I found similar blue dial version which recently sold on eBay so I guess it could be genuine. The Tabarly name is engraved on both case backs but that doesn't prove it's gen.

Yes, they are both real. Here are two (non-working, non-repairable) watches from the same series purchased around 1984:
