Here's a quick note to anyone who is looking for a pre-loved watch, these guys in Melbourne (Australia) are absolutely fantastic!!
I recently purchased a Chronomat, purely based on the images uploaded on their site. Called them, negotiated a price, paid them and awaited the shipping from Melbourne to Sydney. I had the item the very next day!!
Unfortunately, the watch I received had an issue that the dealer wasn't aware of, and upon calling them back, they could not have been more concerned, or prepared to assist me.
We agreed to return the watch & as an offer of providing exceptional customer service & maintaining a customer, an alternative chronomat was suggested. This item was actually in their window for a considerably higher price, but was offered for no additional cost to me to resolve the situation.
Again, if you are looking for a pre-loved 'Ling, I can not speak of these guys more highly.
Look them up, you won't be dissapointed.....
