I am looking to make a purchase via Chronext and I would like to know if any members have dealt with them and if so was it a good experience/were there any issues?

Thanks
Eddie

I have just placed an order with them so I guess I will see how well it is dealt with, their reviews on Trustpilot are on the whole very good.

If you have a look on the TZ-UK forum you'll see some quite extensive threads on Chronext. I think the executive summary would be that service has declined a bit as the turnover has increased, with a higher proportion of promised orders - 2 weeks for delivery etc - unfulfilled. But there is no real risk attached, since if the delay proves unpalatable one can always simply ask for a refund.

Thank you Tom, I will take a gander at that forum. Your summary is much appreciated.

Update:

I have cancelled my order with Chronext this afternoon, they failed to keep me updated on the progress of my order and email responses were particularly slow. It was slated for delivery this week starting from Monday but when I called to chase it today they could not tell me when it would be shipping or whether they even had it in stock/ordered it.

I have now ordered from Precision Time Ltd so at least it is a UK based company local to me so I can collect if I want to.
