Following on from a recent discussion about watch winders I was looking around for a new winder as I now have 5 autos and my current winder (Modalo) only holds 4, I decided to go for an Official Time 6 watch winder from Ebay. I bought it on the bay on Monday afternoon and it has just been delivered now from Hong Kong!

Although I'm not allowed to use it yet as it's a valentines gift from my Wife, we gave it a quick check to make sure it was what was ordered. First impressions on opening the box, WOW! There was a personalised hand written card of thanks inside, the actual box is held perfectly in place by foam holders and the actual box is then wrapped inside a very soft draw string bag, and the box is then wrapped in thin foam lining!

The finish of the box is amazing, I went for the red oak box in the almond copper finish, everything about it from the lacquered finsh to the dove tailed joints is superb, when you open the lid it has a real quality smooth action about it, not like my Modalo one!

As soon as I have it up and running I'll update my post with my own pictures etc. Here are some pictures from their listing.
