Since I'm interested in astronomy, I'd be happy to get the fascinating Midnight Planétarium watch from Van Cleef & Arpels.

http://www.vancleefarpels.com/eu/en/collections/watches/poetic-complication/vcaro4j000-midnight-planetarium-watch.html

At just 216 000,00 € or £153,400, or $245,000 US, it would definitely require a winder. After all, with one of the planets (Saturn) on the dial making one circuit every 29 years, I otherwise might not live long enough to see it happen!

I'd buy the whole entire Omega Speedmaster Space collection with the astronaut suit briefcase. Always wanted that collection! I'd also get a gold Chronomat 44 on solid gold Pilot. And pretty much every other watch I've ever looked at or seen and liked ever: all inside a walk in biometric safe with built in winders and all that jazz. It would be the sickest.

Audemars Piguet ROO Tourbillon. If my lotto ticket hits tomorrow I'll have one of these by Monday. Lol

With unlimited funds I wondered what watch you would buy? Breitling or otherwise?

My first would be a Hublot Unico Titanium Ceramic...

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore 44mm tourbillon in forged carbon. An Hublot would be my last choice.

Would commission a custom watch from Roger Smith, likely a dress chronograph. Could live with a Roger Smith Series 2 in white gold with blue hands, but if we're dreaming, might as well go all the way.

If you haven't checked out Roger Smith's work, what are you waiting for?

There are so many options however I've narrowed it down to 4 choices, in 2 different categories:

Ridiculously unaffordable:
- The VC reference 57260
- The Patek Grandmaster Chime
Wouldn't it be cool to own something that is very limited.

More normally unaffordable:
- The Blancpain 1735
- A commission custom watch from Roger Smith, I agree, would be very cool.

I agree with a few of the other people. I would purchase what I have now which is a Breitling Chonomat GMT 47mm and then I would also purchase a Breitling Emergency II since I am an Amateur Radio operator and it fits with that theme.
