In a ruling issued on January 20th, Omega lost it's lawsuit against Costco for copyright infringement. I am not a lawyer but it was interesting to note that the court indicated that there were other avenues that Omega could have pursued rather than suing for copy copyright infringement. (Bottom of page 27, top of 28) As previously noted here Omega could have went right after those who provided the watches to Costco! Here is the link to the opinion.
