I would go Zenith or JLC. I'm new to the Senith brand but I have two models already, and the grande date moon phase is my next purchase. Black dial on bracelet makes it a bit more sporty, and could always add a strap down the road. I have had the DSSD and to echo others, it was boring. Same with the AP, if it were a Chrono then I think I would still have it today.

Edited: sorry just noticed you chose the JLC. Nice decision, wear it in great health!
