If I could pick only one, and no Breitling, it would probably be my Zenith Class Grande El Primero. :)

i'm getting ready to make my next purchase, and i'm looking at another ling, but if i do go to diversify i'm thinking it might be time for a jlc or a go . . . but who knows, there's so many beautiful watches out there, just not enough money to buy them . . .

If I would not be limited by brands (where I would only wear one, I am an AD for) and not limited by financial thoughts, I would take a Vacheron Constantin Oversees Chronograph Big Date with a silver dial.

You can look at the watch under http://www.vacheron-constantin.com/
