This is the Portuguese that I've wanted forever... I love it to bits. I want to get an Ingenieur now.. Non-Chrono. This guy is about 41mm, and the hands are cool in that the time hands are gold while the chronograph hands are blued steel.

Hey, I said on the other thread that I thought you might be getting a Portuguese! Nice one! Looks a good size on your wrist there too, Admin. Does it wear larger than it's 41mm size would suggest?

Now that is just beautiful! The Portuguese continually grabs my attention every time I see one, in pictures on in real life.

Great piece. Congrats. Wear it in good health.

It doesn't really wear a whole lot larger than 41mm.. compared to say a Navi at 41.5mm. But it does wear larger than like a 41mm Ling like the Cockpit Big Date. The thin bezel does give it a bit more presence. It is not overly large feeling for its size though. I would say that you'd want to go with like a FA Jones or perhaps the one with the In-House 7 day movement if you want larger. I am possibly going to upgrade it to that one when I have the chance :)

Great looking Portuguese!! Wrist size to watch size is great as well with ya.

The white face on the Portuguese is extremely clean looking as well! Nice selection!!!

That is a very nice IWC. Congratulations! The hands are, as you say, very cool in distinguishing their use.

Thats a classy watch, if I was to get one I would definately get the same color dial and strap.

I really dig their Double Chrono, might just get one and forget about the ever elusive Panerais.

Great watch! I am a great fan of the blue hands as well. Baume and Mercier do a couple of watches, I believe in their Classic line, that have the blue hands.
Good choice.
