Hi all.

My name is Nick. I am a watchmaker here in New Zealand.
Not much of a collector - more interested in the technical aspect of watches.
I quite like Breitlings and would love to have one on my wrist - if only I could get the spare parts!

Regards,
Nick

Hi Nick,

Welcome. :lingsrock:

They are a great bunch here on the Source with friendly advice and expertise, but as a watch maker, you should chime in and give us a makers view. I will look out for your posts as it’s good to get a 'hands on' perspective to watchmaking, etc.

Are you having trouble getting parts over the pond there in NZ? I guess you have tried Melbourne or Sydney for parts in your search efforts, but I would have thought NZ would have a few AD for Breitling. Is it a matter of access? We are a little more covered here in Melbourne with two or three, but it is hard to find a large number of competing outlets for advise, etc. US and Europe are spoilt for choice.

Jim

Hi Jim.
We have a couple of AD's in Auckland - but all repairs are sent to Aussie!
