I forgot to introduce myself. I'm a software developer from Toronto, ON.

I always like Brietling watches but now I can afford one. A few months ago I say a Hamilton Khaki X-Wind and I really liked it, so I did a lot of research on different watches and realized my good old favourite would be my best choice.

I was very close to my final decision (Chrono Superocean) but the gut at my local AD made me wear a Chronomat Evolution and I really like it. It's a bit expensive for me but since I'm a big gut (6'2") it looks better that a CSO on my hand. Now I'm trying decide which one to buy.

Besides watches (that are not my biggest passion!), I love metal music, photography, Cuban cigars, Latakia and Perique blends of pipe tobacco, fountain pens (specially Pelikan), straight razors and knives. Basically I like anything with quality and craftsmanship.

Welcome to the forums, zhoozhoo! Nice to have more canadians here.. wouldn't mind getting a Canadian trading/selling forum going for sure.

At your height I would recommend definately going for a EVO or even a Super Avenger or Bentley. The Super Avenger is cheaper than the EVO too. I do have to agree with acceldebt that the size of the Bentley is quite addictive.

What kind of knives are you interested in?

Honestly Evo is a little expensive for me, and I didn't like Super Avenger very much. I'm going to La Swiss store at Yonge and Bloor to try them CSO and Evo and make my decision.

I like combat knives, but I don't have any. I really like to have an original Lile Mission II but I guess only collectors have it and it must cost more than $2000. I already have an expensive hobby - photgraphy - that eats most of my income!
