Hello all,

I officially have not introduced myself so here it goes...

I am from London, UK. Just got into lings few months back, and only very recently purchased my first ling. My Chrono Evo, and most definitely will not be the last. already working on the next one...

As to more about me, well I graduated as an aerospace engineer, got my PhD in aerodynamics. And then got a job working as a Solutions Architect for the Aerospace Industry.

My other hobbies not related to watch include hang gliding and painting/sketching and once a month helping out at a local salvation army.

With regards to watches I have never sold one on my entire life... I have only bought... Oh and one other thing i have never bought or sold from is ebay!! I find that still amusing...thought it might change soon as i need to get hold of cheap golf clubs... (maybe)

Ok hopefully this was sufficient as an introduction. Very nice to meet you all and hopefully i can lern from some very knowledgable people on this forum. Good Day

Hi aeromansoor,

As you know, I am very new here but would like to say hello.

In most jobs, the term "It isn't rocket science" can be used liberally, however in your job, I guess sometimes it actually IS rocket science!

I share your reluctance to purchase items on Ebay. I had trouble once with a purchase of a few hundred dollars. I am not so keen to test Paypal over a few thousand!

I look forward to talking more in the future.

I agree with both of you as well. I am always a little reticent of an ebay purchase, and even other online retailers. I guess the closest I would come to not purchasing from an AD would be to get one here, and only if the person listing has been a member for longer than one post.
