I've always enjoyed wearing a nice watch....Bought a Fortis at 14 years old, had a couple of Tags after that. Always loved the Ebel Sportwave, saved up and treated myself...then back to Tag, then bought my first Rolex. Bought an Explorer II with white face, had it for 4 or 5 years and traded it in for a Submariner Bi-Metal in Gold. Love the watch and now keep it for best!
A couple of my friends wear Breitlings, and being into aviation photography, I have always had a soft-spot for them! Although I must admit, I always found them a bit OTT, never been a big fan of the dials, a bit cluttered and messy for me.
I was in Paris in December and saw the Superocean Heritage 46 in a shop window, black with the rubber strap. Fell in love with it instantly and bought it there and then! I just love it because it's different, nice and big, not too cluttered and I just dore wearing it, it feels very under-stated!
Looking at the gallery section here, there are some beautiful Breitling's that I never knew existed! Anyway, that's all from me, I'm now hooked, a Breitling fanatic!
