Hi all! Well, been checking out this forum for a week or so now, and decided to join a couple of days ago. I've had a Colt Automatic for about a year and a half, that was given to me by my fiancee's parents as an engagement present (yes, it was a surprise... :P). This was my first foray into Breitlings, and also into automatic watches, and I don't think there is a better introduction. I absolutely love it... It has a black dial with the Pro II polished steel bracelet. I wear it to work and on a daily basis, and also for going to formal parties and such. I'm looking forward to getting into more Breitlings in the near future, and this forum is definitely having a part to play in it!

It's very difficult to own just one. Once you get a chronolog on your coffee table, it's just a matter of time...

Funny you should mention the Chronolog... I just requested one from Breitling USA yesterday... :P It's all downhill from here!

Thanks for all the great comments, guys! Now, my wish is to get a a Navitimer Cosmonaute as my possible next watch... I just love the idea of a 24 hour complication. I'm also a big fan of the Blackbird... Choices, choices!!! :)

Breitling really do make some spectacular watches. You find yourself wanting at least one from each group. The Cosmonaute has to be about the most difficult Breitling to get used to reading, but that's half the fun!
