Post subject:  Greetings from the UK!

Hi folks, been stalking around here reading threads I figured I could help in for a few days now, so I've registered and thought I'd let you know!

I live in the north of England working in a high street jewellers. It's one of (If not the) largest Breitling AD's in the country, and I'm proudly a member of the watch team. However I've just accepted a job working alongside the organisations buying team, which will be very exciting I'm sure, but I'll no longer be able to spend my days discussing the items I love so much. Partly the reason I'm here.

Unfortunately I own no Breitlings yet (Next purchase will be a very formal Longines Master), but in a year or so there'll be a Blackbird on my wrist and I'll officially claim to be one of you. :)

Welcome, Juanei! I was just looking at the Longines Retrograde in the December issue of Watch Time. Not so keen on the bracelet, but it looks great on the strap. Do you know what the cost is on one of those?

I shall find specifics, but I'd estimate ~£1500 on a strap. :)

I say 1500 without having any source mind. The watch is not in this years Longines Master Catalogue, and I can't find a model reference for it. Without that, I can't even contact the ordering department for a definite price I'm afraid...

If you can get the reference I can give you a cold figure though.

I'm looking at it myself now. I was planning on the day/date Master, but the second hand flyback on the Retrograde is very cool. You're making me wonder... :?

Unfortunately I don't see the model on the site, but under $5000 CDN is not a bad price.
