Hi everyone, I write form Italy and I might have in my hands a Breitling 781. I've done some researches to understand if the watch I have is worth a repair and a new dial and a new crown. For sure it deserves a try here. Hope you won't mind to check these pics. Thank you!

well.... all else. this is one of the worst Frankenwatches I've ever seen. case is Breitling, all the rest isn't. |

Thank you, I do believe the same, when I saw the dial I couldn't not laugh at the previous owner. I got it for free and the caliber seemed to me like a Venus 175, which is not a bad one...and I thought for a moment it could be "Breitling" (used by..) for the 781 |

yes, it is a Venus cal. 175; correct for the ref. 781, but obviously from a non-Breitling donor. |
