Hi All
I have a top time 2002-33 serial number 1289002 that was given to me by my father 25 years ago.
I had it serviced about 20 years ago at TWG London and the watchmaker that did the work said it had an unusual bracelet. I know that my father had the clasp replaced so I am trying to find out a few details about the strap/watch if anyone could help or point me in the right direction that would be great.
I was thinking about changing the strap to a leather one.
Cheers

bracelet is really quite unusual, but not a Breitling OEM model.

pls verify the serial, it should be 1288002, which would be correct for a 1969 ref. 2002?

That Bracelet is made by "Kevin" . Curiously or coincidently, I have the same bracelet that came my way originally on a top time 200X.

It does also say Pat and Pending by KEVIN on the inside if the clasp.
The serial number has slightly worn of with constant wear but it certainly seems to say
1289002
So WHOSE KEVIN!

Don’t know who Kevin is, but looks like your Dad didn’t get the clasp replaced.

These watches look nice on black or grey straps. You can even try a rally style strap if you want something sporty.
