Hi, new here.

I'm a vintage watches fan from Barcelona.

Just been offered what it seems a good deal in a Breitling 1190 and, since it would be my first Breitling vintage chronograph I wanted to check some information about them.

Through Fratello Watches and an "Experts interview" on Breitling I discovered this site, so I'd like to ask your help.

I attach the pictures. I guess the crown is not correct, since it's quite out, but I assume this and could try to look for a good one.

The movement is a correct Venus 188, wondering about the signature on the bridge.

What I would like to know mainly is if the caseback engraving looks good to you or should have the serial number in the outside. I've seen quite a few on the net like this, but my knowledge about Breitling vintage watches is not very much. I collect (on my budget) vintage chronos but can't say I'm an top expert spotting fakes.

Thanks in advance and greetings to everyone here. All opinions or details welcome. Hope to keep on learning here from now on.

Looks perfectly kosher to me. Assume there is a serial number on the inside of the caseback?

Thanks, guys.

Happy to read that.

I also assume there will be a serial number inside the caseback. I did not ask it to the seller. Should have done. I'm still in time.

After this comments I'll get it. In a couple days I'll have it here and we'll do better pics to introduce myself in this site.

Thanks again. Anyway, if someone else has a different opinion on the watch, let me know.
