Post subject:  Something does not match?!

Hello, I will have the opportunity to buy this Breitling on the next week, however I am a bit skeptical about its authenticity.
For now, only this image and the seller general statements are available:
-manufacture date between 40's and 50's
-serial number at the case back: 417***.
Furthermore, the seller also states that it needs to be revised, but in any case, I cannot understand if it is working or not.

I will try to check the watch on the weekend, including the movement (if the seller allowed).

I never saw a vintage Breitling dial with this particular features (e.g. hour numbers are aligned with the center of the dial), while the stated manufacture period seems to mismatch with the serial number.

Before attempting to buy it and given my doubts, I really need further opinions about the (non) authenticity of this watch and I also would like to ask if someone has any important information regarding this model (movement expected,...)
I’ve already made some bad acquisitions on the past…

Thank you very much.

P.S. - The original image had the sellers brand water marks, and that’s why the image seems a bit odd near 12 and 6.
P.S. - Sorry about my poor English, I am not a native English speaker.

Watch is probably real. Just not manufactured in 40s or 50s.
