Post subject:	Navitimer 806
Hello to everyone. I’d like to have some opinion about this Navitimer 806 that I’d like to pick up. The case looks in good condition but the dial has some scratch. I know that the majority of the watches on the market have some issue (hands not correct, bazel, etc). I’m looking for something 100% original (excluding the strap...) Any comment will be precious! Thx!

overall it looks original but not in a condition most collectors would want with a bit of patience your can find one in (much !) better condition for around 3000-3500 euro

Ok, considering the price they are asking for it, I’ll try to find something better. One more question. I’ve seen some piece (both 806 and 809) where the serial number is punched outside (sometime below 806/809, sometime above between Breitling and 806/809). Is it correct? Or the serial number should be ALWAYS punched inside? Attached 2 pictures whit the external s/n in different positions. Thanks
