Without seing caseback outside and inside , I have doubts too .
Could be a 747 , dial looks a nice job , quite fresh with just a light patina - maybe too nice ?- looks like the n°3 type according to the 1946 catalog - outside tachymeter and telemeter scales .
If correct the seller would make no difficulties to provide more pics . If he does not, avoid ...

dial looks good to me, but serial is extremely late for a breitling clamshell ...
would need to see the inner caseback & movement, to say something more reliable
