Is this a fake. Serial number on back appears to be from 60s. Still trying to spot the telltale signs.

Crown is the only thing that I can see wrong with it too. Condition isn't bad but could obviously do with some TLC, nothing appears to be irrepairable though except the hands and maybe a couple of dings.
