I can't see it very well from the image, but is that a rubber gasket ring around the bezel? If it is, then we have to think this is an extra DPW case with a replacement Breitling dial. There are plenty of both around and a small cottage industry building watches with them. I think we should consider that possibility.

It does look different around the bezel. The bezel looks too round without scalloping. Maybe it is just a poor picture.
