probably one of the many "unique, one of a kind, personal" watches of King Hussein of Jordan.
not joking, a former forum member seems to peddle several of these.

as I wrote, not joking.
there are quite a lot of those around, do not seem to garner higher prices than
comparable pieces, though sometimes asking prices are higher.
apparently King Hussein loved to present those watches to guests, but claim unproven
