I just received 2 moonphase "Breitlings" from this turkish Ebay professional seller but have very stong doubts now that I have them in my hand.

The first one is:

http://cgi.ebay.fr/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... 1439.l2649

Could you please explain me in detail what proves without any doubt that they are are fakes ?

I will soon post the link of the other one.

Looking at his past sales on Ebay, I found out that he sold a fake 5000 $ Rolex chronograph, sent pieces of wood instead of watches on 4 occasions, and recently sold another fake Rolex chronograph for around 6000 $ and many other moonphase Breitlings that look like mine (very suspicious looking).

Thanks

Open a case with e-bay. If you paid with PayPal, they will put a hold on the money in the seller's account until the dispute is resolved. I recently was fooled by a phony Breitling from another seller, and did this and was awarded a full refund including shipping. Make sure you get some ammunition on here from the experts on why it is fake first so you can include it in your dispute.

I hope you have used your credit card with paypal
most of the time paypal gives you a hard time when you want your money back , if you paid with a CC through paypal and paypal does not want to refund you , you can get your CC company to do a 'charge back' and you only have to explain to your CC company that you received counterfeit watches .
