Crown's a replacement, serial dates to 1967. It looks OK to me, has the correct outer sliderule for a 67, has the WOG import code on the balance cock, looks like quite a nice example. |

Maybe you should take over the purchasing department of the Durner FrankenFake Superstore, you would have the fakes out of there in no time ! It really only takes a little patience and persistence (and a love for vintage watches) to educate yourself, most fakes and frankens will then just "jump at you" the moment you see them. |
