Okay guys, there was some confusion on John's part. I have been in contact with Mike and things are starting to make sense. I retract what I said about John, he was not out to screw anyone, it was an honest mistake.

While the photos are mine, it appears their use was an absolute misunderstanding. No harm, no foul in regard to this situation, as far as I am concerned.
