3 months on here a few hats and a coat, and then this debarkle dont make a good seller in my view.

Watch was never sold to me because when I found pics and asked if they were yours and you replied that they were
that was me done.

Col.

And col I have good feedback on here and also sold to Paul before and this is a royal mail issue and I'm the losing party in all this and have to deal with royal mail.

And I didn't post pictures as watch was already sold to you so I had no need to bother as wasn't needed .

yes but selling caps and watches are a massive difference and on that occasion, you managed to send me someone elses order, only reason it was ok is that you did a partial refund, funny how a £5 refund was easy enough to do, thanks from those who see my point of view, think Rob you should of made this right and kept your feedback as good as you say it is, i think you have let yourself down here in a big way.
feedback would read
items under £250 (4) 100%
items £1000 (1) 0%

I apologised for idiot remark to col directly as he well knows and I have a few jackets.

Tbh this could go on all day. Paul will get his refund from PayPal and I've got the joy of claiming from royal mail and IM THE ONE losing out until its all sorted from royal mail.

The thread was there to read and sale was agreed so didn't bother putting pic up as didn't see point in taking new ones and effort of uploading from my decent camera when sale had been agreed..

Fine leave feedback like that as I'm the injured party and u changed address last minute as I'm sure if went to your road a neighbour would have recognised name and corrected postman so wouldn't have got lost and it was post office who cocked up slip

People can read this and make there own minds up!

Robbo...... I'd get on the case with your claim from Royal Mail quick. And get legal advice if nec.

I assume that you've read the T&C's from Royal Mail as you are making a claim. RMSD provides ZERO compensation cover if the item has a value of over 1k (you've stated this is what you've covered it for) I'd paid extra insurance to the 2.5k limit for items worth more than this, assuming I could claim up to 2.5k back if lost, without knowing that a loss, if under insured .....means TOTAL loss. Royal Mail will research the true value of the item missing. The T&C's I posted up earlier in this thread.

Royal Mail won't consider an item to be lost until 3 or 4 weeks after it's been reported. So the parcel could still turn up. Unless of course you have written confirmation from them.

Hopefully I'm not flogging a dead horse here, and the watch did exist and was posted.

Murphy,

I upped the usual insurance cover of £500 to a £1000 as that what was deal was worth, I have the original purchase reciept which states watch was bought for £1950 from repeatable jewellers brand new and also have a copy of the valuation certificate from previous owner which was dated within the last year.

They haven't comfirmed in writing its missing but they have been unable to locate it and have no acceptable reason why it has been sent to a po box which doesn't excist which has no reason to be sent there. I'm gonna call them Monday when get a bit of free time from work and really push fact and ofcourse I have the slip when posted etc.

Hopefully won't be that bad but have never had to claim anything before and no idea how long it takes. I haven't really had a proper look at t&c just a quick glance over,

All a nightmare, bloody RM

Follow up feedback for this con man, all Robbo had to do was not reply to the claim by the 19th and i would get my money returned, all the lies about not being able to log on etc etc funny how he could log in to buy himself more time, and not refund my money!!!!!,, hes now added the tracking details so the claim will drag on for god knows how long, this member is NOT TO BE TRUSTED, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM.

If this watch ever was actually shipped, why on earth would you NOT put a return address on the package? Are you even allowed to post it in the UK without one? I've never been dumb enough to try that in the US, but I don't think they'll eve accept a parcel for priority and express mail without a return addy.

It just doesn't make any sense...
