:yeahthat This one's a still unusual for a sale item on here, but I think we're going to need a price to conform with the rules please.

**edited** I stand corrected, apparently it is Kuretime who has blatantly violated the rules of not posting a price. I thought his account may have been hacked again. Sorry

it is my account and it is my post!
I really dont understand what some of you are freaking out about.

I looked for one of these for 8 months. For the breitling enthusiast that is interested in this model, they may find this useful--a lead on a BNIB transocean.

only passing along information.

No feather ruffled here as far as I can tell. I appreciate the thought of posting this, Kuretime, and I'm more than happy that it was done with entirely altruistic motives.

However, the sales forum is really for private individuals to sell items they have in their own possession. Otherwise we could obviously end up with the sales forum being predominantly populated with loads of threads saying, "I saw an xyz for sale at this AD today", etc. Yes, it might be good info for someone, but ultimately most people peruse the sales forum looking for potential bargains on used items being sold by the individual concerned.

Incidentally, rule 10 of the main forum rules does specify "Private watch sales" (which implies privately owned), but I'll add a line to the sales rules just to clarify.

Driver8,
I understand what you are saying. That is why i ended the thread, as no intention to offend. Just not worth it. To be clear, nothing against the *rules* was done "blatantly". I did a thorough read through, and you for the most part confirmed that.

However,
I would like to point out what appears to be a double standard :D
Thank you for the superb opportunity to bring it up :D
In case you forgot. on my debut to the BS forum....a very similar post was made....on behalf of a dealer, not for altruistic motives...... :D
strangely, no one had issues with that post.

Thanks to those that PMed me in that were interested in the watch.
It is a rare edition and as far as i can see, sold out and back-ordered, except from the boutique (Bad sign for AD's...)
This forum should be, and I thought was for breitling enthusiasts to share connect, collect. I was helping such a member connect with what could be there grail watch.

Peoples reactions/over-reactions never cease to amaze me (see previous post). If the post bothers you, PM me, I will fix it or take it down.
Or, just dont waste time to send negative responses. What is the gain?
In the end, always keep things in perspective, it is a watch! It is a hobby right?
If it makes someone angry, time for a new hobby....or anger management.

Happy TURKEY day to all!
K

Not true.

What actually happened was that you made the unsubstantiated accusation that it was on behalf of a dealer. You made a lot of unsubstantiated accusations in that thread that I am still waiting for you to substantiate any of them.

Thread locked.
