ONLY 99 of this edition were made and guess what, this is No. 1. Where it is engraved on the back with the NHLPA logo.

Watch is in very good shape, all functions run perfectly. Slight scratches hear and there but otherwise in excellent shape.

What proof do you have to back up your claim that this was a limited edition of 99?

There's one with a white face in a local pawn shop here they want $3300.00 but it looks like the previous owner played Hockey with it on .

Watch was/is reduced to move here in Canada at La Swiss....

When I bought it, I was told on more than one occasion that there are 99 of this specific edition. One more thing, I have seen many of this edition and none were in the triple digits. If anyone on this forum can find a picture of this specific edition with numbers higher than 99, I will edit the post. But I have yet to see otherwise.

It still stays as No. 1 though regardless!

It is not a limited edition, hence why it doesn't say 1 / xx, it's a special edition that was not restricted to a specific number. I am familiar with this model and have had it on my wrist several times, and posted here about it a few times.

It is special edition, and i guess it is cool that it is No 1 but i highly doubt its limited to 99. Not many steel watches are.

I didn't write anywhere that it was a "limited edition" only that it's a special edition which it is! Again I have yet to see anyone whether in person or online in triple digits of this edition. Anyone willing to find one, please let me know. Cheers!

Actually what you said was this is an "edition" where only "99" were made...less than a hundred would make it pretty darn limited and you already said edition....sooooooo......limited edition

Whether or not they sold more than a hundred kinda depends on how many people wanted to pay for the logo on the dial but doesn't have anything to do with the total number of units produced.

We shouldn't have to prove that is isn't an LE of 99, you should have to prove that it IS an LE of 99.
