well, as a first step I'd suggest to verify the movement, it for sure isn't a Venus 178 and I haven't seen a 2010 with a Venus 175 either; very early examples might still have a Venus cal. 188, most will have the remarked Valjoux 7730, late examples have the Valjoux 7733.

As the Winston Cup editions are from mid/late 1969, it could be either R7730 or R77333 - mains springs should be easy to find for any watchmaker.
pushers aren't easy.

Thank you Fred for a correction. I will re open the case back to verify the correct cal movement . I remember my watchmaker told me it's a V178 so I will make sure it's correct.
Best

he’s wrong ;)
MIGHT be a 175, but the 178 would be missing an hour counter here...
