Looking to get a strap made up and wanted to if anyones had one done and if the quality of ABP straps are as good as OEM Breitling ones?

Flat out best available, better quality than Breitling in my opinion.

One other option may be Camille Fournet. I don't have any personal experience, but I've read a lot of good reviews on their products. I don't think they offer the variety of skins that ABP does.

Echoing Roff on this one. ABP make fantastic straps that are (IMO) easily as good as Breitling OEM if you specify them correctly.

If you want more "rustic" straps (i.e. for a Panerai) then I personally like Mays-Berlin, but for finely finished, superb quality straps in the widest variety of leathers you could ever dream of, then ABP are always my only choice.
