This is a useful thread for you -

In terms of a recommendation, I personally only use Orbita Sparta Deluxe winders now as they are quiet, good quality, and (most importantly) repairable in the event of something going wrong. Yes they are a lot more expensive than some of the Chinese made cheapos out there, but they will last far longer, and also stay quiet over time.

I used to use cheapo models myself, but always saw them as pretty disposable - i.e. I'd use them until they either stopped or became appallingly noisy and then I'd just throw them out and buy another one. This was after a nasty experience with a Rapport winder that proved to be both quite expensive AND not very long lasting either! Then I came across an Orbita Sparta that a friend of mine had, and was sufficiently impressed to go for a Sparta Deluxe. Never looked back.

I got an CHIYODA watch winder, the price is decent. Works great now and quiet. I like the pattern the wood box finished. Hope it can be lasting running for more years.
