Thought the only red rubber discontinued straps were the "superocean" (holes in the strap) type?
Any advice much appreciated

I think you are right, I only know of an Ocean Racer in red. For ‘after market’ I’d say fake. Other forum members may be able to correct me. The photo isn’t great but the raised logo on the buckle looks a bit crude. There are many ‘after market’ rubber straps out there and the price often gives them away.
