I have a Superocean Heritage 46 and as I was winding it I pulled it out by mistake and changed the date a few times, I then pulled it out instead of pushing in the finish winding. I did'nt noticed the time it was at when I changed the date but when I was screwing the crown back in a noticed resistance and it vibrated in my hand. Could I have done something to the mechanism? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. |

I guess the first question is; After going through the winding as you outlined, does the watch still work OK? Is it operating properly and keeping time? Have you observed it over 24 hours and are able to see if the date has changed OK? |

It's not an issue with the date, the problem is that the rotor is not disengaging from the keyless works so that when you wind the watch the rotor is also turning (very fast) and causing the vibration. Sometimes it will stop doing it on its own but that is usually a temporary fix and the watch is going to need Breitling attention to fix properly. |

The time Is correct however I did not notice when the date changed. Will the rotor be change as part of a overhaul or is this a separate issue all together? Any idea how much this might cost me? I will be going to service at Breitling in Toronto. |

It should be addressed as part of a regular service and depending on the specific issue likely won't cost more than the service. |
