I have a chance to buy a newer Starliner cheap. But it has this ugly yellow dial on it. I want to put a MOP, or one of the blue dials for my wife.

Is their any place to buy just the dial? I looked on eBay, but didn't see anything. From Breitling, I'm sure the dial installed is going to be more than what I'll spend on the watch.

Thanks.

Not much choice but to go through Breitling, otherwise you have created an unserviceable watch as Breitling won't touch it. Additionally, dials like this are going to be incredibly rare because it wasn't a big seller. Better to wait for a watch to come up with the dial that you want.

This is such disappointing news. I really want a Starliner with a solid black dial, diamond markers, and diamond bezel and it has proven extremely difficult to find... other than at a local AD for 9.5k and I'm not paying that amount no matter how much I want it!!

How much would a new dial be through Breitling? Assuming you can find a good deal on the watch it might be worth it to pay the steep fee for the dial...

Including the mandatory service, about $1,200 - more for MOP and / or diamonds.
