I've admired the Aerospace line for a long time but never pulled the trigger, until now. Behold what I humbly think is a pretty fetching combo, Copperhead Bronze tuxedo dial with a new brown Breitling 437X strap.

While I've been eyeing the new Skywalker X-33, its scarcity and nearly $6k list didn't fit well in a year where I'd already bought two nice watches. So, the classic Aerospace makes for a nice tool watch ana/digi until the Skywalker starts showing up on Watchrecon with some regularly!

Likes: relatively rare dial color, I think they only made it for two years; solid functions (timer, chronograph, alarm, second timezone); T2 moves in 30 min increments which is perfect for travel (I wasn't aware of this before); lightweight titanium; legible from all angles

Dislikes: the fast/slow crown control is finicky; 15 min rider tab gets in the way of crown spinning; crown is a bit small to be the only way you can do anything; would prefer crown press activated back light instead of minute repeater

All in all I like it a lot and suspect it will be daily wearer for at least a couple weeks, gotta break the strap in!

see your watch, the time is 3:12:44 but your minute point to 3:13 already... is this funny? seems they did not fix this issue.

I think I took the pic before I'd adjusted the hands. It's easily fixed, see in manual: 2.6 SYNCHRONIZING THE ANALOG AND DIGITAL TIME DISPLAYS - lines up fine since.

Great watch , great combo just a little too big for my small wrist.

I sold it awhile back to fund a new Sea-Dweller (ceramic but not the new big one). Anyway, the SD is gone too! That's the life of a WIS. I didn't have any issues with it beyond the crown spinning inaccuracies. I wish Breitling would move to a more accurate system. My biggest ask would be to have the crown push light the display. As it stands, crown push activates the minute repeater, which is mostly useless. You have to spin the crown to activate the light and it's very easy to get it in another mode in the process.
