i have a breitilng crosswind, everything has been working fine with it, then i went to wind it and move the date forward yesterday, as i had not worn it for a week, and now the watch switches the date at 5 15 am. i have done this numerous times as i don't wear the watch much during the week and never had a problem. any suggestions on how to fix this? or what the problem may be?

The problem is that the date change mechanism is out of sync with the hour wheel. There are a number of possible causes, but they all need a trip to a repair centre. The most common cause of the problem is using the quick set date function while the date change mechanism is partially engaged (between 8pm and 3am).
