Hi
Can someone experienced advise.

My crown comes off on 1/3 ~ of a turn counter clock wise.
Clock wise it turns OK, therefore I can't make any adjustments to date or clock counter clock wise.

Is this a stem or a crown problem?
Perhaps could be both, but I am pretty sure it must be common.

Bought brand new, did not use much during 5 years of owning. Sucks.

Thanks
