I have a new Chronometer Aerospace that has LU 30 code in the bottom digital window. How do I clear this and what does this mean?

It’s the day and date in French I think. Turn the crown to the setting showing the weekday & date, pull out the crown. It will show a language code letter. If you turn the crown slowly the year changes, turn it quickly and the language changes.

Thanks! I did not know the watch came set for French (should have), I did get it figureded out and now have my new watch set up with the correct time, date (and yes language).

The ana/digit watches have so many functions and settings it’s easy to forget how to access them and how to change them, especially those that are used only for the initial set up. My B-1 still baffles me sometimes, especially after my grandson has been sitting on my knee with those little fingers pressing buttons and turning the crown! I’ve just bought him his first watch, a cute analogue Timex on a stripy nato band.
